Job Summary
We are looking for high performers, movers, shakers and innovators! We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our team, responsible for leading our internal recruitment efforts and ensuring that we attract and hire the best talent to fill our positions. This role requires strong relationship management skills, strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to drive sales-like results. The ideal candidate will have a background in recruitment, management, and employee relations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates across various levels of the organization.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding new hires.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline recruitment processes and maintain accurate candidate records.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on succession planning.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and provide recommendations for hiring decisions.
- Stay updated on employment labor laws to ensure compliance throughout the hiring process.
- Build relationships with external recruiting agencies as needed to support talent acquisition efforts.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding, utilizing our internal recruitment tools.
- Conduct research to identify top talent and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and preferences.
- Develop and implement talent management strategies to improve the quality of our hires.
- Ensure compliance with all recruitment-related policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with our Employee Relations team to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase our recruitment yield.
- Provide guidance and training to internal recruiters and hiring managers on best practices in recruitment and talent management.
Skills
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong understanding of employment labor laws and regulations.
- Proven experience in management, with a strong background in internal recruitment and talent management.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Experience in succession planning and talent acquisition strategies.
- Familiarity with social media management for recruitment purposes.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
