Location: Elgin, IL. 60123
Shift Hours: 1^St 6:00 am – 2:30 pm 2^nd 4:30 pm – 1:00 am
Shift Days: Monday – Friday. (Some Saturdays)
Pay Rate: 1^St $16.00 / 2^nd $16.25 per Hour
Job Type: Temp-to-hire.

• Operate and monitor machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
• Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot minor issues.

• Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
• Report any safety or quality concerns to supervisors.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine operation role is a plus but not required.
• Ability to read and understand technical documents and manuals.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work overtime and Saturdays as needed.
