Role Description
In this position you will be able to build and maintain meaningful relationships with all prospective and newly acquired clients. As well as create and sustain a lead generation in your assigned territory. As an Account Manager you will be able to work side-by-side with our sales Manager, and Sales and Operations teams.
You will be able to acquire an understanding of what it means to develop a growth mindset. Learn negotiation skills and tactics that can help you succeed in closing any deal, alongside comfortably supporting your family. Responsibilities
- Thoroughly understand the Company’s culture, services, and value proposition.
- Collaborate with the sales manager to develop effective selling strategies and marketing collateral.
- Establish contact with potential clients through cold calling new businesses, following up with prospects and clients, and conducting regular check-in calls with current clients.
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline.
- Prepare quality sales materials and attend sales appointments.
- Deliver quality sales presentations to proactively inform prospective clients and overcome objectives to gain new business.
- Fill out the necessary paperwork and prepare agreements for review by the sales manager.
- Establish and maintain regular lines of communication with new and existing clients to meet and exceed sales objectives.
- Assist clients in making value-added selections by instilling confidence and providing informed suggestions and insights.
- Create and update client records.
- Participate in sales meetings, networking events, and on-site training sessions as required or requested.
- Resolve and manage client concerns, elevate as appropriate.
- Provide daily recaps of results and accomplishments to the sales manager.
- Perform additional tasks as delegated.
Skills
- Minimum 1-year experience in the Sales/Marketing industry.
- Proven track record of success in sales.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
- A commitment to ethical sales and excellence in client service.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to deliver compelling presentations.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling the rapid establishment of rapport with clients.
- Professional business demeanor.
- Proficiency in English is required, and fluency in Spanish is a plus.
- High school diploma/GED
$50-$60K/Year
