Meet Our Team

Cindy Cruz

President

I started my professional career in 1995, back in the day when employment agencies were considered day labor and employees were sent to work and paid that same day. I was hired by a local recruiting firm in Chicago, where I had the opportunity to gain experience in dispatching, customer service, payroll, and management.

In 2008, business partner and husband, Arturo, and I we were blessed with the opportunity to incorporate our first business, Creative Resource Personnel, Inc. with a home-based office in Elgin. We had the vision to expand our service through the Chicagoland area and other states, along with helping our communities.

In 2011, we were once again blessed with an opportunity to incorporate Deo Tek, Inc. Our focus and vision for this firm is to expand our service through the Chicagoland area and other states by becoming minority-owned, helping provide our service to manufacturers, and supporting our communities alike.

Arturo Cruz

Managing Member

I started my professional career in 2003 when I got hired by a local recruiting firm as a recruiter one week after graduating from high school. I had the opportunity to gain experience within the recruiting and the manufacturing industries in various positions at several companies.

In 2008, along with my business partner and wife, Cindy, we incorporated Creative Resource Personnel, Inc., with a home-based office in Elgin. At that time, we had the vision to expand our service through the Chicagoland area and other states.

Currently, I am the CEO of Creative Resource Personnel, Inc., and I am focused on marketing and sales for the firm. I oversee other projects, direct and indirect to the recruiting industries. Along with growing my professional portfolio, I enjoy working with the community as an active member in the following not-for-profit organizations: Rotary International, Knights of Columbus, and Agua Viva.
